A very rare Vox bass guitar. Built in 1965, I beleive they only were made for 1 year, so not many around.
It's a great vintage sounding bass guitar. Great if your looking for that vintage 60's Beetles sound.
Has Brand new strings on, and plays well for age.
The original Vox Neck pickup works. The newer bridge pickup below, doesn't work. Would look good if replaced with an original or newer voix bas pickup.
Has the original grover machine heads, they are quite old and one is quite stiff. But could be made looser. Holds the tuning though. New strings on, so may need some playing before perfect tuning.
The guitar has had a new coat of paint. A fairly decent job, the front looks good, but on the back there are some marks as can be seen in the photos, this is due to where the wood is a bit marked.
Thr chrome bridge cover is new, not original.
Can be removed
Could do with new volume/tone knobs. But they are cheap to purchase and easy to replace.
Comes with the Original Vox hard case. Has some clips that need repairing but can hold closed as is.
All in all a very rare and cool vox bass guitar, with cool vintage sound.

- Condition: over 50 years old so has marks and chips as cab be seen in photos. The original pickup works fine the bridge pickup doesn't work. Has a a new paint job which is fairly good, but on back there are some marks as can be seen in photo. has original case which has marks and some of the clips don't work, but these can be fixed. All In all its in playable condition, but could also do with some work to restore it to perfect original condition.
