Broad bean Karmazyn plant is a compact variety of broad beans. Karmazyn variety is unique as the beans them selves are pink coloured. Young beans can be eaten raw in salads, old beans are cooked as a vegetable. One of the most unique flavours from beans, perfect for someone who wants to try something new. They are also ideal for freezing. Broad beans are also known as "Fava beans".
