Face & Co use premium carrier services for all our stocked premium brands to ensure we meet and where possible exceed your expectations, packaging well with environmentally considerate materials. Despatch continues to the point of collection six days a week.

We have made every effort to ensure our packaging is as environmentally considerate as is possible. Generally we use a carton with a special grade of paper and biodegradable wheat packaging peanuts (white). We do however occasionally have to use bubble wrap and do reuse recycled polystyrene peanuts (eco-flo, green) from any inbound deliveries received, though this infrequent and in very low volume. Regrettably at present vinyl tape is unavoidable.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order or return an item, though if you wish to return it must be unopened, unused and in the same condition it was sent to you.
