Payment We
do not accept offers on items unless “Best Offer” is shown on the
listing. Our prices are amongst the lowest you will find online, if not
“The best”. We will do our best to dispatch as quickly as possible, more
often than not it will be sent the same day if bought before 1pm and
most certainly next day at the latest. Paypal
is our preferred method of payment, Its the quickest easiest way to
receive your order. If you want to pay by debit / credit card you can,
what you need to do is choose paypal as your payment method when in the
checkout process and just enter your card details on the Paypal
encrypted 128bit secure server. (You do not need to have a paypal
account to do this). Postage and Packing (UK) We
use Royal Mail “First Class” or “First Class Recorded” for nearly all
of our items. “First Class” and “First Class Recorded” are the quickest
services we have found that are cost effective. Items posted using these
services usually only take a day or so, but please do allow 7 working
days after you receive your despatch notification before contacting us
about the whereabouts of your item. Higher value items will be sent with
a courier which will require a signature on delivery. All items are
carefully packaged using Jiffy bags or poly bags and bubble wrap
depending on the item and a receipt will be included for your purchase
should you have any issues. If we send the incorrect part, or it is
damaged upon arrival please contact us as soon as possible so we can
sort it out quickly. We will cover any postage costs or offer another
solution for wrongly sent items or damaged goods. If you want to return
the item for any other reason, the costs are payable by yourself. Postage and Packing (Overseas) We
use Royal Mail “Priority Airmail” or “International Signed for”, for
higher value items. These services normally take on average, 4-15
working days to Europe. USA, Canada, Australia, Asia and the rest of the
world can take up to 30 working days to arrive. Please note that it's
your responsibility as the buyer to pay any taxes or import duties
charged by your country (if applicable). If your item does not arrive
(please allow 21 days for Europe and 30 days for the rest of the world)
after despatch notification is received, before contacting us. If we
send the incorrect part, or it is damaged upon arrival please contact us
as soon as possible so we can sort it out quickly. We will cover any
postage costs or offer another solution to wrong or damaged goods. Postage Prices The
postage price (if applicable) will be shown on the “Postage and
Payments” tab above – All you need to do is select how many items you
need, pick your country and click “Get rates” The postage will be shown
before you commit to buy. Combined Postage (UK) We
do combine postage for multiple items, items posted to the UK never
usually exceed £5.99 total whatever you buy (Just add items to your
basket and pay at the end to get combined postage). Larger items such as
wheels, frames and workstands will require a courier and the postage
will be shown on the listing. Combined Postage (Overseas) This
isn't so easy.. If you are just buying a couple of items, like a pair
of tyres for instance, the postage is on the “Postage and payments” tab
above. The best thing to do is get a quote from us if you are wanting a
few items as its not cheap to post heavy items overseas, its as simple
as that really. We will do our best to give an accurate quote. Please
note that we will not ship very large heavy items overseas, like frames,
wheels, workstands or bundles of tyres. Returns / Refunds 14
Days return policy - Our returns policy is 14 days but we will accept
return back after this period for up to 30 days at our discretion. You
can send a faulty item back (With receipt) for up to 1 year. Returns are
very easy, all you need to do is return the item with the original
packing slip and write “refund” on it. If you don't have the packing
slip, please include your name, address, username and telephone number
to avoid delays. We will refund the full amount back to your paypal
account including any postage you have paid to have it delivered to you.
Its up to you to pay the return postage to send it back to us unless it
is damaged or incorrectly sent by us. Please write on the packing slip
the reason for return and if you want a refund, replacement or different
item. Problems Please
contact us via the Ebay message system for the quickest solution to any
problem you have, If we have made a mistake it will be taken care of
quickly, We answer our messages daily so please be patient and wait for
us to respond, as sending more messages about the same problem will only
take more time to answer.
