Stunning pair Quad ESL57 loudspeakers.  Just serviced by One Thing Audio. World wide delivery. 12 months RTB* warranty, on all new parts fitted. Here we have a serviced pair of the famous Quad ESL57 loudspeakers. These have just been delivered to me today and have had the following work carried out.
  • Speakers completely stripped down.
  • Frames refinished in black.
  • Bass panels serviced.
  • 2 X reconditioned Quad treble panels.
  • Rebuilt Audio transformers.
  • New gold plated 4MM speaker terminals.
  • New eht units.
  • New clamp boards.
  • New wiring looms.
  • New black cloth grille stretched over original metal grilles.
  • Original wood work laquered.
  • New rear absorbtion felt.
The cost to have this worked carried out would cost over £900, so these are a bit of a bargain for someone. We offer worldwide delivery (some exclusions) as well as packing boxes if required. Buying ESL57's on ebay can be a daunting task and can end up costing you a lot of money if you buy the wrong speakers. The guess work has been taken out as these have been properly serviced by the famous One Thing Audio (Leiecester). Postage charges to UK address are £80 assuming Quad boxes or our boxes are purchased. We will not send these unless they have proper boxes. These can be collected from us in Leicester. Mains leads included (not shown). The marks shown on grilles in second picture is sunlight through the leaves on the tree. Boxes and packing material  can be supplied for these speakers for an additional £60 or you can buy the boxes from Quad UK and then have them sent here. Under no circumstances will we send these speakers by courier services without proper boxes. You can of course collect the speakers from us. * RTB means. Return to base. In the unlikely event that something should fail within 12 months, then the purchaser would need to return them to us at own cost both ways. They would need to be returned in original packaging, so please retain just in case.
