Delivery

Please make sure to check your parcel for any damage before signing for it. This is to make sure that any damage found is not our liability or yours, but the couriers.

Due to the nature of this package, please inspect your parcel thoroughly even if that means making the courier wait while you inspect it.Once you have signed for this parcel you accept that it is in satisfactory condition and no damage claim will be accepted.

If for any reason you are not able to inspect your parcel, then please sign for it as “DAMAGED”.

 

 

Return policy

If you are not satisfied with the item for any reason, you may contact us within 48 hours after receiving the item and return it within 14 days for a refund or exchange. It is the buyer’s responsibility to send the item back in the same condition they received it in and to cover the postage cost. Please note that a 30% restocking fee will apply to cover the initial Postage and Packaging.
