Payment Our preferred payment method is PayPal, but only if you have a confirmed address. If you do not have PayPal or a confirmed address, you will need to select the card payment option. Your order will then be dispatched from our UK based warehouse, we will email you any relevant tracking details, along with a copy of your VAT invoice. Shipping Orders received before 3 pm Monday to Thursday or 2 pm Friday will be processed the same working day, after the cut off time they will be processed the next available working day. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse. A VAT Invoice will be sent with the item and a copy will be sent to your emails. Please note all damages MUST be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your goods.
