Pure Punjabi Tandoori Masala & Naan Kit
Our double Great Taste Award winning Pure Punjabi Tandoori Masala is made by hand, in small batches. Still made according to the original village recipe using fresh ingredients and whole spices. With a base of paprika, garam masala, garlic and fresh lemon juice, you can really taste the difference.
7 – 8 servings per jar, and each serving is for a family of 4 (so 28 – 32 individual portions).
This is such a great present for a family and friends (or yourself!), because you can get straight on with making the naan bread mix, pre-measured with the right amount of spices and then using only 1 tablespoon of the Tandoori Masala jar, and rubbing for example into chicken breast or thighs – place the chicken under a hot grill or on a barbecue and putting the rolled out naan bread under the grill on the hottest setting.

Allergens & ingredients
The Tandoori Masala does not contain any wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts. It is a vegetarian and vegan product.
Tandoori Masala ingredients: garlic, ginger, chilli, cumin seeds, lemon juice (from whole lemons), cumin seeds, paprika, garam masala (cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, peppercorns), salt, freshly ground pepper (from whole peppercorns), sunflower oil.
The naan bread mix contains dry ingredients only, and does not contain dairy, eggs or nuts. It does contain wheat and gluten. The dry mix needs to be mixed with milk and oil when you want to make it. To make the dough dairy free/vegan, use water in place of milk.
Naan bread mix ingredients: Flour (wheat), sugar, baking powder, kalonji seeds (also known as onion seeds or nigella seeds), salt.
