KPM Berlin Hand Painted Porcelain Oval Plaque, circa 1837-1844

Beautiful oval plaque with hand painted portrait, m ounted in a gilt wood frame with green Baize fabric lining. 

Back impressed with the impressed KPM, sceptre mark along with the monogram IM 

Condition for the plaque is excellent, no visible scratches, the wooden frame and hanging chain are sound, the green baize is a little damaged on one quarter.

Measures approx.. frame, 21.cm x 17.cm visible plaque 18.cm x 14.cm
