The Panasonic toughbooks are built to last and were designed to be used in extreme conditions. They are used by the military, police force and fire services worldwide because of their durability. Please assume that all toughbooks will be missing port covers. We have the following gradings available: Grade A - Toughbook is in good condition and has slight cosmetic blemishes and fully functioning. Grade B - Good used condition with signs of wear and fully functioning. Grade C - Toughbook is usable but some parts may not work, i.e. touchscreen, 3G, touchpad (can be used with external mouse) etc. Toughbook is in poor condition - has major cosmetic blemishes. Grade D - Faulty but sold as spares PLEASE NOTE  May have some parts missing so will not meet original specification as listed above. If you are buying for a specific part please contact us so we can check if that part is available. P)lease note grade D will not come with an adapter. The CF-19 pictured may not be the exact device you receive, but it will be in the condition described above.  We have large quantities of the CF-19 model so if you are interested in buying bulk , please call 01293 710020. Windows XP Professional has been installed however this machine is compatible with Windows 7 and Windows 10.  Also bundled with the machine is the AC adapter + UK mains lead, and 1 x genuine Panasonic battery, that come as standard with the machine. Please note that the batteries will hold a charge,however they are not fully tested and the battery duration is unknown. These toughbooks come with a standard Windows Operating System image. We do not guarantee the use of any other software on the laptops. We are unable to provide technical support for software issues. Warranty Each machine has a 1 month return to base warranty ( except Grade D as above ) that covers hardware failure only (not accidental damage). This warranty starts as of the day you receive your machine and includes all hardware parts of the machine excluding the battery.
