In May 2017 Cheltenham and Gloucester Centres came together as one large flagship Cotswold BMW, MINI and Motorrad Retail Centre in a new location in Cheltenham. The new Retail Centre represents a very significant investment by the shareholders, underlining their strong beliefs in the BMW and MINI brands and their commitment to offering the best possible facility for our employees and more importantly, for our customers. We send all our orders fully tracked, and all UK deliveries are free of charge. Though most customers receive their orders within 2 to 3 workdays, delays can happen and we ask the customer to be patient while the delivery service tries to deliver the order.

We only accept payment through PayPal, because we value our customers safety and security. Once payment has been cleared, the order will be dispatched. This is in order to provide an efficient service and avoid any confusion.
