Note!! Please check the type of headset you have. Integrated headsets don't have any headset cups pressed into the headtube. Semi Integrated do have headset cups pressed in!

These bearings I supply fit the Tapered ACROS Semi Integrated or Integrated Headsets fitted into most of the YT Industries models. They are high quality Angular Contact bearings. I recommend you try to remove your existing bearings before ordering new ones as they are notoriously difficult to remove from these Acros headsets!!

The bearings supplied for the Integrated Tapered Headsets are:-

Top: Style TH-870 (Also Known As MR121, MH-P08KT) for 1 1/8" Steerer 45° x 45° - 30.5mm ID x 41.8mm OD x 8mm (Campagnolo Compatible Headsets, 'Campy' Style)

Bottom: Style MH-P16 (MR170) for 1.5" ACB for bottom of tapered headset. These fit Hope & many other brands of headset such as Specialized Integrated, FSA, Cane Creek. 45° x 45° - 40mm x 52mm x 7mm. These are the only type of 1.5" headset bearing that I stock.

The bearings supplied for the Semi Integrated Tapered Headsets are:-

Top: Style TH-873 (Also Known As TH-823, MR122, MH-P03K) for 1 1/8" Steerer 36° Int. x 45° - 30.15mm ID x  41mm OD x 6.5mm Thickness

Bottom: Style MH-P16 (MR170) for 1.5" ACB for bottom of tapered headset. These fit Hope & many other brands of headset such as Specialized Integrated, FSA, Cane Creek. 45° x 45° - 40mm x 52mm x 7mm. These are the only type of 1.5" headset bearing that I stock.

You can always measure your existing Headset bearings to check whether they are compatible with the sizes above.

Handy Tip: To measure the internal angle, 36°or 45°, place a square edged (90°) piece of paper or card into the internal recess. If both edges of the card touch the opposing surfaces with no gap the angle will be 45° if there is a gap the 36° is the size you need. You will also need to measure the internal & external diameters. It can be a little confusing trying to find the correct style of headset bearings for your headset. If there are no definitive markings on the side of the bearings you have removed please contact us & we will try & help you.

Please Note: These kits contain the Pivot Bearings or Headset Bearings Only. They do not contain any washers or other hardware. If you look after your frame pivots & replace the bearings regularly you shouldn't need to replace your other washers & hardware. Keep everything well greased, avoid pressure washing at all costs & avoid using solvent based sprays & lubricants around your bearings, as these dissolve the grease in the bearings!!

MAX Full Compliment (ABEC 3) Manufacturer Specified:- Like the branded ‘Enduro’ bearings these are capable of withstanding much higher loadings than the standard caged roller bearings above.

There is no roller cage here just a full row of ball bearings, therefore, less likelihood of the bearing collapsing. They come with a Maximum grease fill.
