With use of the high quality valve and diaphragm control system, the type RS was created to be the most reliable blow off valve system available. New designs allow for high capacity and performance that rival high performance blow off valves, while being more compact and lighter weight. Features

 

Ultimate Discharge Sound The unique 8 discharge ports in the CNC machined aluminium discharge funnel draw surrounding air to amplify the blow off sound.

 

Large 40mm Valve The CNC machined aluminium valve is coated with hard anodizing, to withstand extreme friction, maintain an air-tight seal and increase durability.

Quick Response To ensure a proper valve movement, a durable, air tight pressure resistant Bellofram diaphragm is used. The short valve stroke allows a compact top housing design. This smaller top housing volume also adds improved valve response.

Dual Spring System A carefully selected spring rate, prevents premature discharge under high boost pressure and increase valve speed for quick response application.

Adjustable Spring Rate The spring tension can be tuned by the adjustment screw, to suit most applications.

Fitment List Complete with 40mm fitting plus dedicated Subaru flange for vehicles below. Also includes the blanking plug for the disused recirculation pipe once the valve is fitted. Fitment is tight between the intercooler and the manifold therefore professional fitment is mandatory.

Delivery

All sales are processed within one working day. Same day cut off is around 11am . Delivery time stated on your checkout is as stated, an estimate, your item may come before or after this date.

‘Free Post’ – Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard , this is a 3-5 day service, but must allow up to fourteen for delivery.

Next Day Option (additional cost at checkout)  – Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm.

We sometimes also use DHL, UPS and DPD for larger items or when Royal Mail have failed collections or strike action.

International Orders – Standard Post (signed for) or courier.

As with all postal companies, there can be occasional delays and losses , please contact us if your parcel has not arrived a couple of days after the estimated delivery date.

Internet sales only, no collections.

Returns

Please contact us directly to arrange an Return RMA number – We do not use the eBay Managed Returns system, and using this will cause a delay in processing.

As per Consumer Contract Regulations 2013, you have up to fourteen days to cancel an order and return the product for a refund, which you bare the cost of the return. The refund is only applicable if the item is returned completely unused, in ALL its original packaging and arrives undamaged ready for resale. Damaged items caused in transit of the return package is the customers responsibility therefore please ensure you return it using a fully tracked and insured method.

We don't accept returns for items that have been fitted or used. We meticulously list a fitment guide on each item, so we know what the item is listed for, it fits. Purchasing items to 'try' on other vehicles not in the fitment list will result in a denied return claim. 

All items are professional fitment only, and no warranty is implied for parts fitted ‘at home’. We do not accept claims of a professional status unless the item was shipped directly to a mechanical commercial premises. We will require an engineers/specialists report if you are claiming for an item not fitting the vehicle it is listed for (we test all our products, we know what they fit and what they don't).  Under no circumstances do we offer ‘Partial Refunds’. Items deemed as faulty (after you help us diagnose the problem through messages and with your installer) are returned for a replacement. Any demands of refunds or replacements will be reported to eBay under their feedback extortion policy.    For items returned under false premise, or where a refund has been made and the item returned damaged, used or  trial fitted we will seek financial compensation and will engage with a third party collection agency to recover any financial losses we have been subjected to by criminal actions (for example returning an item under the wrong reason code causing financial loss to ourselves).
