All my paintings are in artist quality Winsor and Newton paint, I use Daler Rowney 300g/m watercolour paper and Winsor Newton artist canvas for Oils. A bespoke picture framing service is available. www.thenookgallery.co.uk About the artist From an early age I knew I wanted to be an artist and for the last few years I have been fully committed to painting working as a professional artist. My studio is in Leamington Spa where I do commissions and display and sell my work from my gallery and bespoke picture framing shop. Throughout the year I paint in my studio and en plein air, I enjoy the change of mood and setting this provides. I have developed my own unique technique in oils and watercolours. I have spent over 15 years absorbing and experimenting, combining realistic brushwork with bold impressionistic form. I am drawn to painting atmospheric landscapes in oils and enjoy the challenge of capturing the spirit of the animals in watercolour, which this medium lends its self so perfectly.
