KRIEGA R20 BACKPACK

The versatile 'active' pack for road and trail.

Incorporating Kriega's Quadloc-lite™ system, the harness is angled away from under the arms giving total freedom of movement.

Once set, the pack is exceptionally convenient to use with none of the re-adjustment necessary on conventional harness systems.

The size adjustable harness allows the pack position to be moved up or down to produce the best possible fit.

An optional waist strap is included for the extra demands of riding off-road.

We all ride bikes and currently have a combined riding experience of 125 years plus. As a result, most articles have been at sometime used or tested by ourselves. We currently own 21 bikes between four members of staff.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY For online orders placed by 12 noon (3pm by telephone) Orders will be shipped the same day for next day delivery (Monday to Thursday) . Saturday am delivery is £25.00 for UK Postcodes (not applicable on orders placed on Good Friday )

STANDARD DELIVERY We aim to deliver your order within 2 working days

FREE DELIVERY Where an order qualifies for free delivery this is to mainland UK only. The following postcodes will carry a small additional surcharge Highlands and Islands of Scotland Postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28 ,KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-34, PH49-50, ZE Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Sciliy, Isle of Man. Postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25, PO30-41

GENERAL TERMS All our delivery costs are calculated on total weight, this includes the weight of both the products and the packaging. All delivery timescales are subject to stock availability.

Returns

If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, then we aim to put the matter right.

Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund if they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions:

(RETURNS OVER THE CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR PERIODS WILL BE EXTENDED UNTIL THE 14TH JANUARY)

Contact us within 7 working days of receipt of your order. If a refund is required.

For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

If the customer chooses to cancel the order. It is the customers responsibilty to return the goods.

We ask that customers take resonable care of the goods by not removing the labels of any goods to be returned. Returned items must be unused and be in as new condition and suitable for resale

For safety reasons any helmet that has been worn cannot be returned

If we have made a mistake, we'll also refund the delivery charges.

Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to levy a charge if the goods have been used or to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced).

We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.

All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address and contact number

We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.
