The JT Sprockets production is now the largest and most modern production facility for pinions and sprockets worldwide,

equipped with the latest generation of CNC manufacturing machines.

JT Sprockets produces the entire program of pinions and chain wheels for the aftermarket and the original equipment.

 

Each sprocket and sprocket passes through 25 production stages and is subjected to more than ten individual quality tests in order to successfully leave production.

 

JT Sprockets manufactures in the right way: by turning, milling and drilling! This is the only way to achieve the highest quality with the lowest tolerances and the best profile of the teeth.

After the subsequent heat remuneration, each article is tested by hand - so JT Sprockets sets new quality standards in the motorcycle industry.

All our items are offered with a minimum of 2 years manufacturer warranty.

What is covered

The manufacturer warrants that all new products are free from defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from date of purchase.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by

• Regular tear and wear
• Misuse
• Abuse
• Improper maintenance
• Failure to follow opertaing instuctions
• Cosmetic or incidental damages
• Unathorised alteration, modification or repair of the product
• Improper fittings

What we will do

If you have a product that has any manufacturing fault, we will forward your item to the manufacturer, who will either offer a repair or a replacement product.

Delivery

All our items are updated with the delivery lead-times on a daily basis. We kindly ask our customers to check the offered dates before placing the order.

UK Mainland

Couriers

We use a mixture of trusted courier companies and offer 48 hours delivery free of charge with an option to upgrade to a 24 hours delivery. Please note that we have carefully selected the couriers for these particular items and we will not be able to use other than the ones offered.

Dispatch times

A large selection of items are offered with same day dispatch if ordered before 2PM.

Order tracking

Once the order is dispatched, it is updated with the tracking information on eBay. Should you wish to follow your delivery, please refer to the information on your order.

Item not received

If there is any problem with the delivery, please let us know and we will contact the courier. The best way to deal with this is to check and confirm the delivery address, many occasions the problem is caused by a missing house number or an incorrect postcode. If for any reason you are aware that your address is not easy to locate, please provide us with instructions and daytime telephone number. This will help us speed the process up with the couriers.

Change of address

Unfortunately eBay doesn't allow us to send the goods to any address other than the one showing on the order. If you have mistakenly placed the order using a previous/incorrect address, please cancel the order as soon as possible (using the feature offered by eBay).

UK Other

For any customers living outside of Mainland, please let us know your address so we can get back to you with a delivery qoute.

Worldwide

We are cooperating with eBay to deliver your goods. Delivery lead-times and prices are as shown on the listing. Please note that we have no influence on the delivery fee, the import charges and the lead-times so we will not be able to offer the items any quicker or cheaper. Collection

Can't wait for the courier? Our collection shop is open to customers and we are happy to serve you there.

How to order for collection

Select the collection option at the checkout and make a payment.

Once the payment is confirmed, we will prepare your order ready for collection.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

Present the email at the shop and you can take your new item home with you.

A large number of items are available for collection on the same day if ordered before noon (the next day if after).

Returns

Unwanted items

We can offer you a 60 days return if the item is still in the original condition with the packaging. If you would like to send the item back to us, please fill in the return form sent with your invoice (or download it from here ). You need to include a photo showing that the item is in acceptable condition. Once your return is accepted you will be given an authorisation number to use. Please pack the item well and make sure that the printed return form is included so we know who is it from.

Not suitable items

If the item you have received doesn't suit your motorbike, please fill in the return form sent with your invoice (or download it from here ). Returns are offered within 60 days of purchase.

Damaged in transit

If you notice that the box is damaged, if you can, please let the courier driver know and make a note of this. Also, please take photos of the outer packaging. We are using protective packaging and aiming to reduce the transit damages by using couriers who we trust, however if there is any sign of damage on your item, please send us a photo and our technical advisor will assist you with the issue (might need to return the item for a replacement).

Warranty

If there is any problem with the item within the warranty period, please contact us and we will assist you with the manufacturer warranty.
