Delivery Time:

If your item does not arrive within the working days stated above, the maximum delivery date must be waited. See the Lost or Damaged section below for more details.

Free Insurance Cover:

All items we send are covered for up to £50 so all buyers are safe to know that if their item does not arrive they are covered in case of loss or damage.

LOST OR DAMAGED:

Before your item is considered to be lost in transit the maximum delivery date must of past.

Europe = 4 weeks.

Rest of the World = 5 weeks.

A claims form will also be sent to the Royal Mail with your item details and name/address details for a full investigation.
