The plant on the picture is the exact item for sale.

The plant on offer will be shipped bare root without pot to any country worldwide.

We supply the phytosanitary certification on request, additional fee will be requested.

**CUSTOMS**

Please do not order into countries where customs are so strict with plants as odds are high that the package will be seized. Please be advised that we will not be held responsible for any losses or customs seizure.

**SHIPPING**

Shipping cost depends on weight of the plant.

In case combined shipping, please do not pay for the plants one-by-one,  please send us a message, we will send a combined invoice within 2-3 days after your purchase.

*** BUT Attention please: Additional shipping fee may be requested depending on the buyer's country origin.

*** THE RISK IS  YOURS  FOR DELIVERIES  OUTSIDE  OF  EU .

**DELIVERY**

Kindly consider, the packages are usually shipped within 5-6 days in EU and within 10-14 days to outside of EU.

If the package was not received yet within the estimated period please contact your local post office.

Very important, when your box has been sent, the delivery time is out of our control and responsibility.

**PAYMENT**

Please effect  the payment within 5 days after your purchase.

**REFUND**

We refund money only:

1. During the preparation for sending the plants occur any problem (such as the plant is damaged )

2. In reasonable cases if we receive back the plants dead or alive.

We do NOT refund for unclaimed shipping.
