The set contains the following: 20g Red Rubber Grease Red Rubber Grease is a soft red special grease for very specific applications. The castor base oil is thickened with a calcium soap. Red Rubber Grease assures excellent compatibility and is non-injurious with natural and SBR rubber, while providing good mechanical stability and water resistance. A well-formulated additive package provides wear and rust protection, plus oxidation stability.

·         Red Rubber Grease is designed especially for the application and lubrication of systems and components incorporating rubber components where a mineral based grease cannot be used due to incompatibility with greases containing mineral oils.

·         Typical applications are such as the "dry zones" of vehicle hydraulic brake systems prone to corrosion, as well as the component assembly of vehicle hydraulic brake systems, which require the performance of brake fluid compatible grease.

·         Red Rubber Grease can be used on all conventional vehicle hydraulic brake systems utilising DOT 3, DOT 4, Super DOT 4, DOT 4 Plus and 5.1 type brake hydraulic fluids.

·         Red Rubber Grease can also be used in applications where the lubrication of natural or SBR rubber components is required.

·         Red Rubber Grease must not be used as a general purpose grease.

20g Copper Grease

This anti seize Grease has a high melting point, is a lead free copper based assembly compound which forms a dense protective coating that will not wash or burn off. Its anti-seize properties are particularly useful when assembly and dismantling occurs. This Grease is ideal for protecting all metal against seizure, leakage of oil and water, rust and corrosion, it can also help to prevent disc brake squeal if applied to calliper and BACK of disc pads.

20g Lithium Grease

This is a super quality high melting point lithium based grease which ensures smooth performance wherever greasing is required. It provides high resistance to oxidation and water washout in addition to allowing good shear stability. It is ideal for many automotive applications including the lubrication of vehicle chassis, wheel bearings, pump bearings, universal joints and other routine applications.

20g Lithium based Multipurpose Moly Grease - Contains Molybdenum disulphide

This Molybdenum 2 Multi-Purpose Grease is a medium consistency, high melting point lithium based grease which ensures smooth performance whenever greasing is required. It provides high resistance to oxidation and water washout in addition to having a dispersion of molybdenum disulphide which burnishes onto the metal surfaces to give low friction and long life usage. This Grease is especially suitable where there is oscillatory or limited movement between the two surfaces. Features : Multi-purpose grease with numerous uses. Water and heat resistant. Moly will continue to provide lubrication after grease has been displaced. Rust and corrosion inhibited to protect metal surfaces. Typical Uses: Used as chassis lubrication in wheel bearings, ball joints, control arms, steering linkage, pedal shafts, and spring shackles, for extended lubrication intervals recommended by most car manufacturers. Ideal chassis lubricant for trucks, and construction equipment operating in heavy duty service. Recommended for heavily loaded journal bearings in rock crushing plants and industrial plants. Commonly used as a “fifth wheel” lubricant for trucks as moly will continue to provide protection after grease has been displaced. Used for greasing slides and ways.
