Once we have received your order it will be carefully packed and dispatched on either the same or next working day.

Usually orders received before 1400hrs Monday to Friday will be sent to you on the same day. We aim to despatch orders received after 14.00 on Fridays and on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, on the next working day.

Where our system detects multiple orders to the same address we will endeavour to send them all together.

Delivery is free on all our products to the UK mainland*. We use Royal Mail 48 which is a 2-3 working day service. Options to get your order quicker are available within individual listings. These are Royal Mail 24 which is a next working day non-guaranteed and non-tracked service or DPD which is a next working day tracked service which also offers email and text delivery alerts.

Because we process most orders on the same or next working day, any cancellations or alterations must be made within 24 hours of ordering.

In the event of breakages, shortages or otherwise, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt of your order. In the event of a non-delivery you must inform us within 14 days after the expected delivery date.
