  • Unusual Staffordshire pottery pair of spainel dog's. 
  • Made in the 19th Century, in England. 
  • Not visibly marked but guaranteed to be early and original (base photographed). 
  • There is a star shaped hairline to the base of one dog, wear to the paint work, and crazing to the glaze commensurate with age. Otherwise, they are in good condition, with no other chips, cracks or  restoration.
  • The figure's each measure approximately 10" in height.
