Electrical products will carry a 30 days warranty. This will cover parts and labour but will not extend to accidental damage, user misuse, general wear and tear or malicious damage. Within 30 days of receipt of the goods (or for perishable goods within their use by date, if sooner) you will be offered the choice of a replacement or full refund. If your item develops a fault, please notify us via My eBay. If we agree an item is to be returned as faulty, we will send you a pre-paid postage label or arrange a collection at our expense.
Please do not return the product and request a refund of the postage.

Hard drives and USB devices, laptop / desktops / netbooks / tablets. These items must be backed up before they are sent in for repair.
Any disks left in players or drives cannot be guaranteed to be returned.
