For Cold Therapy:
This product can be used to treat a new injury. Fresh injuries can cause inflammation and swelling and should be treated with a cold pack as it will help restrict blood flow to the affected area, helping to decrease inflammation and swelling. Simply place in the fridge or freezer and wrap in a cover/towel before applying to the skin.
For Hot Therapy:
This hot pack can be used to treat an old or reoccuring injury. The heat improves blood circulation to the affected area which in turn will promote healing. The hot pack supplies oxygen and helps reduce pain in muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments. To use this as a heat pack simply immerse in hot water for approximately 6 -7 minutes before application. This pack can also be warmed in a microwaves for approximately 20 seconds (600w microwave)
