1: The larger pearls’ size  10~12X12~15mm means the pearls’ width is between 10mm to 12mm, NOT exactly 12mm! It is less than 12mm but more than 10mm! And the pearls’ length size is between 12mm to 15mm, NOT exactly 15mm, it is less than 15mm, but more than 12mm! In this necklace, there will be 4pcs pearls have length between 13mm to 14mm, and one piece has length between 14mm to 15mm! The other large size pearls all have the length between 12mm to 13mm!   We GUARANTEE that we have scaled each pearl before we used it and the size is same as we had said in the description. We CAN’T accept any excuse that “size is NOT same as the description” to return the necklace. 2: About the pearls’ luster: The pearls in the necklace all have AAA+ luster (if AAAAA is the top level), in most condition, the pearls look very nice, only when look very closely or carefully, there might be Growth pattern on the pearls, but they are all natural.
