International Shipping

We try our best to ship to as many countries as possible. Unfortunately some items are not able to be shipped internationally due to courier restrictions. If a shipping cost is not available for your country in the Postage & Payments tab above, it is likely that this item cannot be shipped internationally.

All international shipping costs are estimated. If purchasing multiple items, please contact us and we can provide an accurate shipping estimate based on the size and weights of the items.

Unwanted items

Unwanted items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that unwanted items must be returned in original packaging and in the condition they were received.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you can contact us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement. We will provide a pre-paid returns label for you to return the item to us free of charge.

Missing items

In the unlikely event that your item does not arrive, you can contact us with your order details and we will investigate the issue and send out a replacement item as soon as possible.

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. PayPal accepts card payments, and a PayPal account is not required. Orders are dispatched only when payment has been processed & cleared.
