 Ronhill Women's Core Wind Jacket, Running Top   The Ronhill  Womens Core Wind Jacket, Running Top is durable, breathable, ultra lightweight and wind resistant. Newly re-designed and upgraded, this loose fitting, relaxed fit, female specific jacket is made from Activelite fabric, a closely woven, wind resistant, high wicking polyester with a Durable Water Repellent surface treatment (DWR) . A reflective strip on the centre back plus a reflective chest logo aids road safety . A zipped side security pocket can be used to keep your keys/money/gel shots safe when exercising.  The Everyday Jacket also features a part elasticated bottom hem to keep out the drafts.  The self locking front zip can be locked in any position required for ventilation.  A wind baffle behind the zip keeps out the drafts.  The collar is lined with comfortable micro-fleece including the top part of the wind baffle and zip guard for great comfort against the neck, chin and face.  More comfortable to wear than a clammy waterproof jacket, this wind jacket gives good weather resistance in wind and slightly wet conditions. ( ie its OK to wear in a light drizzle but is not resistant to heavy persistant rain). This jacket helps to regulate your body temperature by wicking away perspiration which evaporates to provide cooling when your exercising,  it also stops the wind and traps air to provide warmth when your not perspiring.

• Activelite fabric has tightly woven fine threads of polyester fabric for ultra  lighweight, breathable, wind resistance , giving comfort and good perspiration removal when running. This fabric helps to regulate your body temperature by wicking moisture to the outer surface where it evaporates giving a cooling effect, but when its cold and no sweat is produced the fabric keeps out the wind and traps air to provide some insulation keeping you warm. Hence it regulates your body temperature .

• The collar is lined with microfleece for comfort and warmth. Also the top part of the inner wind baffle and zip guard are lined with microfleece to protect your neck from the zip.
• Durable Water Repellant DWR ( Carbon 6 ) treatment to the fabric so: 1) the jacket will shed a light shower, 2) the fabric is less likely to become soaked through, 3) the material will dry more quickly after rain.
• Good looking cuffs with part elastication on the inner wrist only so drafts are kept out with a stylish finish.

Washing Instructions:

• Machine wash with the garment inside out, in warm water at 30C / 86F.
• DO NOT use fabric softeners or bleach.

The main body fabric is Activelite which is made from 100% Polyester. This is a technical, finely woven fabric with good wind resistance, high breathability, excellent wicking, ultra lightweight and good thermo-regulation. Thermo regulation is achieved with the rapid removal of perspiration which is then able to evaporate from the fabric surface giving a cooling effect. The fabric also stops the wind and traps air to give some warmth when not perspiring. A carbon 6 surface coating gives an excellent DWR Durable Water Repellant finish so water beads up and runs off to help maintain breathability.

Ronhill Fit:

"Relaxed" fit for the Everyday Wind Jacket.  Ronhill have three levels of fit: "next to skin" fit, "slim" fit and "relaxed" fit, so this is the loosest and most comfortable fit available from Ronhill.
