R: No, perchè esse sono ricoperte con un indurente atossico che ne evita il danneggiamento, ovviamente bisogna stare attenti a non esporle "eccessivamente" ai raggi solari o a luci molto calde. D: Che cosa significa "eccessivamente"? R: Significa che se lascio la statuina fuori un terrazzo d'estate al sole con circa 40° essa manterrà il suo aspetto ma all'interno le parti si scioglieranno ed al minimo tocco potrebbero danneggiarsi, in tal caso però basta riporre la statuina in un posto fresco e asciutto. D: Se si stacca un accessorio (cappello, borsa, valigia, chitarra, ecc) cosa devo fare? R: In questo caso basta utilizzare la semplice colla vinilica per riattaccare il pezzo che si è staccato. D: Perchè alcune parti sono in cartone? R: Perchè la politica della nostra attività è quella dell'handmade, cioè di fare tutto a mano senza acquistare prodotti finiti, e quindi spesso se alcuni oggetti non riusciamo a ricrearli con la plastilina utilizziamo il cartone che è riciclato per il rispetto della natura e dell'ambiente. D: Come si mantengono le statuine visto che sono fatte di plastilina? R: Le statuine hanno un'armatura (sostegno interno) in ferro intorno al quale viene modellato il personaggio ed un gancio collegato allo sfondo che li fa mantenere perfettamente in posizione. D: Di quale materiale è fatto lo sfondo? R: In alcuni casi l'immagine sullo sfondo (posto su parete e base di legno lavorato a mano)  è stampata in alta risoluzione su cartoncino A4, in altri casi oltre allo sfondo ci sono oggetti di corredo allo sfondo. D: Quale provenienza hanno i materiali di produzione? R: I materiali sono al 100% Made in Italy in quanto la plastilina è comprata in Italia, in particolare o a Napoli o a Benevento, il legno è acquistato in Italia in particolare a Benevento ed il cartone è riciclato al 100%. D: Le statuine come sono colorate? R: Il colore delle statuine è fatto prima di realizzare la statuina, per esempio la carnagione dei personaggi è ottenuta mischiando la plastina bianca con una percentuale di rosa ed un'altra di marrone, lo stesso avviene per qualsiasi altra cosa realizzata in plastina; altri accessori dello sfondo o della scenografia viceversa sono colorati con tempere acriliche di una nota marca Italiana. D: Ho acquistato la statuina e si è impolverata, come posso togliere la polvere? R: Per pulire la stauina è sufficiente munirsi di un pennello con punta morbida e spolverare la statuina. D: Le statuine sono adatte ai bambini? R: Le statuine non sono adatte ai bambini poichè potrebbero staccarsi piccole parti che potrebbero essere ingerite dai bambini. D: Vorrei riprodurre la mia immagine come statuina, è possibile? R: Certo che è possibile! Basta inviare foto di profilo e frontali del soggetto, dopodichè inizierà la lavorazione della testa che, dopo i provini inviati via e-mail ed approvati dal cliente, sarà completata dal corpo e dalla scenografia scelta. I tempi in questo caso sono di circa 20 gg. a seconda dell'approvazione del cliente sui provini.
