Your satisfaction is our priority! We thoroughly test all our products and are confident that the items we send out are fully functional. However, if after installation you find that the device is not performing as expected, you can return it within 30 days from the delivery date. Additionally, we provide a 6-month warranty for our devices. We care about your satisfaction!

1. Do you provide WARRANTY for your products?

- Tak. Yes. All our products come with a 6-month warranty.

2. Do you accept PRODUCT RETURNS??

- You can return the product within 30 days from the delivery date. We will refund the money within 14 days from receiving the package under two conditions:

a) The product is in the same technical condition as before the purchase.

b) None of the warranty seals have been tampered with.

If it turns out that any of the above conditions are not met, we will not process the refund, and the customer is required to collect the product from our warehouse in Poland within the next 30 days. If the customer doesn't collect the product within 30 days, a storage fee of 10 EUR per day will be charged (if the storage cost exceeds the item value, it will be deducted from the debt).

3. Are the products you send out operational?

- All our used products are dismantled from functional machines. After purchase and before shipping, we also perform additional checks on our devices. However, the functionality of some features can only be verified when the item is installed in the machine.

4. What is the SHIPPING TIME?

- We typically ship items on the same day the order is placed or the next working day. In cases where we need to test a complex component, such as a servo drive, the item will be shipped on the third working day from the order date. If you want expedited shipping, please let us know in the order comment. We will make every effort to ship the item on the same day you place the order (if the order is placed by 02:00 PM Polish time).

5. Do the photos depict the product being sold?

- Yes, the photos depict products from our warehouse located at "ul. Hallera 8b, 42-202 Częstochowa, Poland." If we have several units of the same product in the same technical condition, we present photos of one of these products plus a group photo of the remaining products. If you want to see photos of the exact product we plan to send you, please contact us, and we will take additional photos specifically for you.

6. I need the product urgently. Can you send it to me with express shipping?

- Yes, express shipping is possible (please contact us before purchasing). However, it's important to note that express shipping is considerably more expensive than standard shipping.
