This is a fabulous cross-over long boot with features throughout its design and construction - it looks great and feels great.
The upper is a 1.8-2.0mm thick full grain cowhide leather with a water resistant treatment tanned in to the leather. As well as being functional, the leather looks great and has a waxy vintage finish.
The outsole is a development originally designed specifically for this boot. It is made with hard wearing rubber and is designed to offer good all round grip as we all being suitable for riding, if required.
Its suitability for riding is derived from the closed cleat edges of the outsole reducing the risk of the boot catching on the stirrup in the event of falling from the horse, as well as the sharp heel breast for a secure hold in the stirrups.
Inside the boot, we have designed a construction that allows us to incorporate a waterproof membrane up to the bottom of the elastic calf panel. This adds to the functionality of the boot for all conditions as well as being unique for this style (as far as we know).
All of the above have been put together with the attention to detail that you expect from Kanyon Outdoor to make a boot that looks great and feels great for around town, around the yard or out riding.
