Circa 2013 Crank Brothers, Kronolog,
Dropper Seat Post, 31.6mm Dia, 125mm Drop,
Externally routed cable.
This dropper post originally came on a Cube mountain bike I purchased. I ran the dropper periodically but preferred a fixed post so this dropper was retired and sat in storage.
Due to the design of the internal mechanism, for securing the seat post, the inner shaft displays some wear on its rear face.
This is the same with all of the Kronolog
dropper posts, after some usage.
This hadn't, in my experience of usage, prevented the post from locking in the desired position or creating unnecessary post
movement, it was more visually displeasing.
This post had been serviced, cleaned regularly and recently.
It is available with a complete service kit which includes everything replaceable.
The post is not difficult toservice by the home mechanic and only special tooling required is a pin spanner such as the Park Tool SPA-2.

A video attached to this listing demonstrates the operation of the post.
Internal air pressure setting for the post ranges from 55-80psi.
This test was completed at approx 60psi so the rate of rise of the post is slower than at a higher internal pressure.
The post has always had a slower rate of rise, to the final part of the extension, and this was noted in reviews at the time.
Installation and service instructions are also attached to this listing to provide info for the prospective buyer.
This dropper isn't the latest or greatest however, as an entry level, remote operated, used post, for a budget, complete with
several sets of service spares, I believe it is a fair sale.
