American Classic Argent tubeless road wheels wheelset shimano/sram RRP £1000. For sale is an American Classic Argent Tubeless Road wheel set with a shimano/sram freehub; the wheels are the latest model and were only used throughout this summer season, so are in excellent condition with some small marks caused from tyre removal. The wheels will work with both clincher and tubeless tires and will take an 11 speed cassette but will also fit a 9 or 10 speed cassette with the appropriate spacer. The wheels will come with skewers as well as american classic tubeless valves. I used these wheels with schwalbe pro one tubeless tyres without any issues and I am definitely a tubeless convert, the ability to run lower tyre pressures without the risk of pinch flats provides a more comfortable ride and better grip for greater cornering control. The Argent's are easily the best wheel set I have ever had the pleasure to ride, the low weight makes them easy to accelerate up to speed and ensures climbing never becomes a chore, once up to speed the aero profile combined with the silky smooth bearings mean the wheels hold speed extremely well, they also offer a superb ride quality and handle well in all conditions. Only selling as I am stripping my summer bike down and selling for parts. The wheels retail for £1000, the sale price is only £500, which is half the retail value, so grab a bargain!
