  • Used for the application of stick tipped or mini/tiny tipped pre bonded hair extensions and applied using a fusion heat connector wand or clamp. When heat is applied, the shrinkie tightens around the extension to form a small neat bond. These are salon professional shrinkies which are keratin adhesive lined for a tighter, stronger, longer lasting bond.

    The shrinkies will be posted in a small bag if you purchase 50, 100 or 200. For 500 and 1000 quantities they will be posted in the bottle as shown in the picture.

    • All items posted within the UK are sent by Royal Mail. We will always post your item as soon as possible but please note we are unable to offer a next day delivery service on some of our items. Please refer to the listing for specific delivery information on that item.

    • Hair extensions ordered before 12pm will be dispatched the next working day (Mon-Fri). E.g, if your order a weft at 10.30am on Monday it will be dispatched on Tuesday. If you order a weft at 1.30pm on Monday it will be dispatched on Wednesday.
    • If there is ever any issue with your order and we are unable to get it out to you within our stated dispatch time then we will contact you within 24 hours to advise you of this.
    • We do not post items on Weekends or Bank Holidays.

    PLEASE NOTE The delivery time stated by ebay is an estimate only and we can accept no responsibility for the delivery time of orders once your order has been dispatched as this is now down to Royal Mail. The delivery time will also depend on the service you selected at the checkout. Below is a guide to Royal Mails delivery times but please bear in mind these are not set in stone and Royal Mail suggest waiting at least 10 working days for delivery of any parcel before a claim form can be submitted for a parcel deemed as lost in transit. Special delivery is guaranteed to be with you the next working day (by 1pm) after it has been dispatched. ***These delivery times are an estimate provided by royal mail and items can take longer to arrive during busier periods such as Xmas.***     1st Class standard delivery insures items up to the value of £20 and is not a tracked service.     1st Class Signed For delivery insures items upto the value of £49 and requires a signature upon delivery. We will not accept responsibility if any hair is put in incorrectly, cared for incorrectly or is damaged due to perming, colouring or cutting. We recommend that 'professional products' should be used by trained hair extension stylists or hair extension professionals who have been trained in the use of hair extensions. We would recommend that you use our colour matching service or else purchase one of our colour rings to ensure you receive the right colour for your hair.

    Colour Charts - All colour charts are intended for indication purposes only and are as near as can be displayed on a computer monitor however we accept no responisbilty for normal colour variation or differences as colours can appear different on different computer monitors depending upon the brightness and resolution of your screen. We sell colour rings and offer a colour matching service to ensure buyers choose the right colour first time.

    Payment & Currencies - All prices throughout our website are quoted in £ Great British Pounds Sterling. We accept paypal (which includes all major credit cards) only as a method of payment.

    Cancellations - You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, on the basis that your order has not yet been processed and/or dispatched.     • We accept returns on all of our hair extensions products and accessories within 30 days providing they are in as new, un-used and un-opened condition. Hair extensions must be returned within 7 days from the date you received them to be eligible for a refund.
    • If you return products that have been removed from the packaging, or a product that has been worn, you will be liable to pay the return postage back to you as they will not be accepted.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the product back in as new, re-saleable condition. Refunds can only be processed back to the original method of payment.
    • If you wish to return an item, please let us know of your intent to return prior to sending it back to us. We reserve the right to refuse to sign for the package if you return an item without notifying us first and you will be responsible for all the losses arising from there on.
    • Please include a copy of your invoice in the package when returning any item to ensure speedy processing of your return.
    • The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

    Hair Extensions/Wigs/Hair Pieces

    • All hair extensions/pieces returned for a refund or exchange must be in the original packaging and unopened, unworn, unused and not have been tampered with. If the hair has been opened/worn/brushed/dyed/cut/altered or if it smells of smoke or other strong odours i.e, it is in un-saleable condition then an exchange/refund will not be accepted and the buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) back to them.
    • *Used condition and tampering includes but is not limited to, hair extensions or hair pieces/wigs that have; (1) Been cut, (2) Been coloured, dyed, or permed, (3) Had heat applied for the purposes of straightening or curling effect, (4) That have any damage inflicted as a result of tampering including traces of scents such as cigarette smoke or burning., (5) Extensions that have been removed from the cardboard backing in the original packaging.
    • While we appreciate any assurance they have not been used, these are hygienic goods and cannot be accepted back under such condition.
    • Under the rules of distance selling, hair extensions are considered "for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;" We fully support and enforce this legislation when it comes to items removed from their packaging. If an item is determined to be used or tampered with, you will be notified via email within 7 days of its return. You will be granted the option to pay for its return to you. If you do not reply or refuse to make payment for its return to you, the item will be held for 30 days and then destroyed.

    We are an online business located entirely in the UK. We are dedicated to offering high quality products, beautiful luxury remy hair and exceptional customer service. We are only a very small business with fewer than 10 employees however with over 13 years experience in the hair extension industry we pride ourselves on our knowledge of hair extensions and are happy to give help or advice on any of our products.

    We know we are not be the cheapest supplier, however we prefer to offer quality hair that will last at a higher price than cheap low quality hair at a lower price but which will tangle and dry out after a few washes. Good quality hair extensions do not come cheap and cheap hair extensions are not good.

    With that said, we do still offer a range of grades to suit  every budget (all grade are still guaranteed to be 100% remy) and numerous styles & types of hair from different countries around the world so you can be sure to find something which will suit your needs.

    We only accept PayPal as a method of payment. Please make payment in full for your item/s within 24 hours of purchasing the item. Orders will only be processed and dispatched once payment has been received in full.
