3 express Mozambique covers to Scotland with "Independencia" overprint stamps

Here is an interesting group of three express covers bearing 1975 "Independencia" overprints and other stamps and addressed to a firm in Scotland. These 1976 (one might be an adjoining year) covers bear overprinted sailing and athletics stamps, a classic stamp on stamp issue, a flag and peace stamp and more and are addressed to an engineering company in Monifieth, Scotland. They show a variety of rates.

Two have "Express" typed on in red and one has a violet boxed "Express" handstamp. They have a postmark-type round return address logo on the back for Adriano Maia, Beira.

An eye-catching, non-philatelic express group.

This group of covers has been relisted at a reduced price. I do not relist items indefinitely but return them to my fair stock.

Because of logistical problems, I will not be able to send out purchases before Monday, 17 October. I am sorry about this and apologise for any delays in receiving items that result. 

Because eBay is now taking a 10 per cent commission on postage paid (in addition to PayPal's 4 per cent-plus), I have reluctantly had to increase my postage rates to cover the cost of postage and board-backed envelope. However I am not raising my domestic postage prices for small items despite the latest increase.

As I now have an eBay shop anyone who purchases one of my items might want to look there before paying. Additional postage is free for subsequent purchases unless they are too big for my normal very low basic rates. If you are buying more than one item please wait for me to send an invoice so I can combine postage.

See my other items ! When payment for lots won is received by teatime British time (it is usually dished up about 4:30) I normally post the item the next morning. Our village post office is closed on Saturdays, however, so if you pay on Friday the item will not go out until the following Monday.
