Remote Locations & International Shipping

•   We offer FREE shipping within the UK on all our items using the Evri 48 Hour service, except for remote locations (Scottish  Highlands & Islands) where a £2.65 charge applies.
• Please note that we only ship to addresses within the UK, and we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Time
• Orders placed before 2:30pm will be processed on the same day (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 2:30pm will be processed on the following working day.
• The usual delivery time for Evri 48 Hour service is 2 - 3 working days. 
• The usual delivery time for Evri 24 Hour service is 1 - 2 working days

* There is £2.49 charge for Evri 24 Hour - Please note this is not available for remote locations.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3 working days.
