We take care in packaging each and every item to ensure that it arrives safe and sound to you. Once the initial order has been placed and we have received receipt of payment for the item(s); your order will then be dispatched.
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day as ordered, providing the order is placed before 2pm, otherwise the order will be dispatched the following day. This applies Monday – Friday, orders placed after2pm on Friday and during Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
Majority of items are sent via Royal Mail 2ndClass service, you are likely to receive your item on the third working date after the postal date. If you require a faster service then please check in the payment and postage section of the listing. Heavier/ Bulkier items are sent via Yodel and the item is generally received within 2 days. Unfortunately it is not possible to track Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class services once it has been dispatched from the distribution warehouse. Please allow up to 14 days for the item to be received as this is the time limit set by Royal Mail for a lost item. After this time, if you have still not received the item please contact us and we can arrange a refund or a replacement.
