To check we can deliver to your postcode please give us a call prior to placing your order through eBay. Following insurance guidelines, all pallet deliveries are curb-side drops which mean the delivery will be taken off the vehicle with a pallet pump truck via the tail lift and the driver will place the pallet at the nearest point to your address they can access. Smaller orders will be sent via tnt and the driver will bring the order to your door. Drivers are not insured to carry orders into your home. We advise you to have someone who is able to move the order into your home on the day of the delivery. Before signing for goods, upon arrival check all parts of the order to ensure it has arrived in full and check for any damage during its transit. In the rare occurrence there is damage with your order, you must sign the delivery note as ‘damaged’ and explain to what extent, if you then contact us we will look to replace damaged items as soon as you make us aware. Please note as with any delivery, if you sign the delivery note that you received the goods in good order we cannot then replace any damaged packs after this stage. Special access requirements should be outlined at the time of your order, if you have any restricted access such as size, weight or parking limitations or for any reason that an arctic sized wagon cannot reach your address you must inform us at the time of order so we can make arrangements for this. Any failed delivery on this basis will incur a re-delivery charge. Any goods which are refused at the time of delivery and upon receipt back to us are shown to not contain faults or damages will be given a refund less the delivery costs. We work with the most reliable couriers to ensure delivery standards are maintained, although nearly all our deliveries arrive on time, none of our services are guaranteed due to potential delays such as traffic and weather and as such we strongly advise not to book installers or other work until your delivery arrives as we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss. No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking fitters for installations until goods have been received

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase You have the right to return your order up to 7 days of receiving your flooring. If you do decide to return the flooring it must be completely unused and its original packaging. It will be your responsibilty as the buyer to cover the costs of the return of the flooring. When returning the flooring please make sure precautions are taken so that no flooring is returned to us damaged. If the flooring isnt returned in an acceptable condition we will charge accordingly. Once flooring has been returned to us, the goods will be inspected and checked, refunds are usually processed with 10 days Please contact us in regards to our return address We have our own couriers we try to ensure delivery standards are maintained, having direct communication with our courier drivers allows us to make sure deliveries always arrive on time however this cannot be guaranteed, there are issues that are completely out of our control for example traffic or the weather. This is why we strongly advise that fitters aren’t booked until the flooring has actually arrived. We won’t be held responsible or liable for any consequential loss. If the flooring has been sent out and for some reason you cannot receive the flooring, an extra cost will incur for the flooring to be delivered on a different date It is your duty to make sure that on arrival of the flooring everything is checked to see nothing is missing and there is no damage. Highly unlikely however if there is any noticeable damage, on the delivery note it must be signed as damaged, pictures need to be taken and sent to us via email immediately. Failure to comply with our terms may result in damaged packs not being replaced. Once the flooring has been installed we will take no responsibility for any damages made to the flooring.
